We’ve got a pair of events coming up in short order close to home.
Seattle finally has its own Noir at the Bar reading series. We’re happy to be part of a first-rate line-up at the next event on Thursday, October 13, taking place at one of our favorite settings in town: The Fireside Room at the century-old Hotel Sorrento. Pick your poison and hear crime fiction read by authors including Brian Thornton, Sam Wiebe, James Ziskin ... and us, all hosted by Will Viharo. The festivities begin at 7 p.m.
On Friday, November 4, we’ll roll down to the Rose City to participate in Lit Crawl Portland. Join us for the Tor/Forge Design for Dying mixer at 8 p.m., where we’ll be talking classic Hollywood and classic cocktails the night before Wordstock, Portland’s Book Festival. If you’re anywhere in the Pacific Northwest, come out and say hello!
Update, November 1, 2016: Sadly, due to circumstances beyond our control, our Lit Crawl Portland event has been cancelled. But plans for a Rose City trip to promote the second Lillian and Edith book are already in the works for spring 2017.
